Need to Know / FAQ
The answer depends on where the issue lies.

  • If the issue is isolated to your subdivision then take your issue to your subdivision’s board. Issues within subdivision are NOT matters to be taken to the Rocky Creek Master Association board. The email for your subdivisions board can be found on the home page by clicking on your subdivision (i.e. The Hallmark) and then clicking on EMAIL THE BOARD.

  • If the issue is with the commons areas shared by all, then take your issue to Rocky Creek Master Association board. The email for the Master Associations board is also on the home page (bottom) under Master Board. Simply click on eMail the Board.
Rocky Creek has an Architectural Review requirement, set out in Article 5 of your subdivisions Covenants. Before starting construction, repair or refurbishment of any building, fence, wall, roof, structure, projection from a structure, or other a Design Review Request must be submitted to your subdivision board for approval. Unapproved construction is subject to removal at the homeowner's expense. The Design Review Request is found under:

RC HOA Organization
The RCMA is a volunteer board that oversees the common property (water features, green spaces, pool, playground and entrances) shared by all the subdivisions in the Rocky Creek development.

Each neighborhood / subdivision, (Founder’s Rim, The Hallmark, The Legacy and The Terrace), is set up as a separate entity, each with their own set of covenants, (though many are common to each subdivision), and board.
When you purchased your home you agreed, in writing, to abide by a set of rules about the appearance or maintenance of your property. When followed, these rules assure that our community looks nice, is a desirable place to live and helps maintain property values.

While there are many rules, there are only a handful that regularly come up; house paint colors, personal and commercial vehicle parking, sidewalk repairs, (did you know it’s your responsibility?), mailbox posts (ditto) unkempt landscaping.

You may or may not have received (but should have) a set of the covenants at your home closing. They are readily accessible through the RC website. Simply click on the link for your neighborhood / subdivision. Please contribute to compliance for the good of the entire community.
The answer depends on where you live and what Neighborhood / Subdivision you live in,
